Fingerlakes Honey Company is owned and operated by Tom and Stacie Filer and thousands upon thousands of busy honey bees (and sometimes help from our adult children, Caleb (& KIm) and Bailey (& Felix), and other family members).
Our story began in 2015 when we decided to purchase our first hive. It wasn't always easy, but we learned a lot over the years. Since then, we've worked hard to create a business in the beautiful Fingerlakes region of New York that follows the same values as our family-

We take the greatest pride in raising strong hives and producing only the finest Fingerlakes New York 100% raw honey and products from the hive. Our focus has been and always will be on the quality of our beekeeping, our packaging, our customer's experiences, and of course, our honey!

Our Bee Promise
Honey bees are the most prolific honey makers on the planet. We make sure that we only take the surplus honey and beeswax from the hives so that our bees can thrive! Tom
(Co-Owner/Head Beekeeper)
The steady, hardworking hand of the hive. Whether he’s building equipment, tending bees, or teaching, Tom is always focused on doing the best for the hive- whether ours' or someone elses. Plus he still works a full-time job.
Caleb & Kim
(Son & Daughter in Love)
Helping hands who lend muscle, humor, and family support when the bees (and parents) need them most. Also taste-testers/guinea pigs for our new product creations.
Deb (aka GS)
(Stacie's Mom)
Mom's got fresh ideas, a palate that knows what she likes, and encouragement for all. She tests recipes, helps with finding cute bee items, and is our #1 social promoter!
Stacie
(Co-Owner/Queen Bee)
The heart behind the honey. From recipes to writing, she’s the creative spark bringing the hive’s story to life- while also keeping the day-to-day buzzing with sales, marketing, and the business side of the hive.
Bailey & Felix
(Daughter & Son in Love)
Our other hive helpers, always ready to jump in with laughter, strength, and technical help. From lending a hand in the bee yard to sampling every new creation, they keep both the work and the fun flowing
