Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 1/2 cup Fingerlakes Honey Company Honey Jalapeño Peach Jam

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh cilantro, Jalapeños, or green onions, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Honey Jalapeño Peach Jam, soy sauce, lime juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.

  3. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  4. Glaze & Bake: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush a generous layer of the Peach Jalapeño Glaze over each fillet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Broil for Extra Caramelization: For a deeper caramelized finish, turn the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking.

  6. Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro, Jalapeños, or green onions. Serve immediately with your favorite sides!
