🍯Ingredients
3 cups of whole milk
1 cup of heavy cream
3/4 cup of amaretto liqueur
1/4 cup of Fingerlakes Honey Company honey
3 ounces of milk chocolate (chopped)
pinch of salt
Topping - almonds which are toasted and sliced/whipped cream
🥣Directions
Combine milk and heavy cream in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Then remove from the heat.
Whisk in amaretto liqueur, honey, chocolate, and salt.
Then you can add soft peaks formed by beating heavy cream.
Top the hot chocolate drink with whipped cream and almonds.
Now serve the delicious hot chocolate!
