🍯Ingredients
2 cans (14 ½ oz each) stewed tomatoes
1 ½ teaspoons hot sauce
1 ½ tablespoons Fingerlakes Honey Company honey
1 ½ cups half & half
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons Fingerlakes Honey Company Italian Bread Mix
½ teaspoon garlic paste or freshly minced garlic
🥣Directions
In a non-stick or enamel 1–2 qt saucepan, combine all ingredients except the half & half.
Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Using an immersion blender (or carefully transferring to a blender), puree the soup until smooth. If using a blender, return the mixture to the saucepan.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the half & half.
Heat for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
