🍯Ingredients
8 breaded chicken tenders, cooked
8 slices cooked bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 hot dog buns
optional- to spice things up- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
Fingerlakes Honey Company Honey Mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons Fingerlakes Honey Company honey plus more, as desired
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
🥣Directions
For each Chicken Dog, chop cooked and breaded chicken tender and place in hot dog bun.
Top with one slice of bacon, crumbled.
Top bacon and chicken with 2 Tbsp cheese. Melt the cheese with a kitchen blow torch or under the oven broiler.
Mix Honey Mustard ingredients and top each dog with 1 Tbsp
Top with chopped jalapenos for a spicy kick.
