These Hive-Approved Banana Nut Bread Tea Sandwiches are made with slices of our signature honey-sweetened banana bread, layered with our Honey Cream Cheese for a charming bite that’s equal parts cozy and elegant. Whether you’re hosting a garden bridal shower, a wedding brunch, or a honey-themed celebration, these mini sandwiches add a playful and nostalgic touch with flavors that feel like a warm hug.

Ingredients
1 loaf of Honey Banana Bread with Pecan Crumble (or store-bought)
Note
Can use pecans, walnuts, or no nuts for both items depending on your preference
DIRECTIONS
Slice the Bread:Slice your banana bread into ½" to ¾" thick slices. If you’re using shaped cookie cutters (like flowers or bees!), lay slices on a baking sheet and cut out as many shapes as possible. Alternatively, trim off the crusts and cut into halves or quarters for simple tea sandwiches.
Make the Filling
Assemble the Sandwiches:Place the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag with a star tip for a fancy finish, or spread it gently with a butter knife. Add a generous swirl or layer to half of the banana bread pieces, then top with the remaining slices to form little sandwiches.
Chill (Optional):Cover sandwiches with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to help them hold their shape, especially if serving later.
Serve & Buzz About It:Arrange on a pretty platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
