Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper (if needed)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Shake Garlic Scape Dip Mix package to blend.
Rub pork with oil, garlic, dip mix, and herbs
Sear all sides in a hot skillet, then brush with honey.
Roast for 18–20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
