📝Description:
The night sky has never been so delicious! This Honey & Dark Chocolate Galaxy Bark was inspired by the sparkling Beehive Cluster and World Space Week. Layers of rich chocolate are swirled into a galaxy-like pattern, kissed with golden honey, and sprinkled with edible stars for a celestial effect. Break the bark into random shards to mimic constellations and serve as a whimsical dessert for stargazing nights, parties, or just a little cosmic indulgence. It’s easy, beautiful, and truly out of this world.

🍯Ingredients
12 oz dark chocolate (good quality, chopped or chips)
6 oz white chocolate (chopped or chips)
Edible gold dust (optional, for a starry shimmer)
Star-shaped sprinkles or edible glitter
🥣Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt dark chocolate until smooth. Spread in an even rectangle (about 9x12 inches) on the parchment.
Melt white chocolate and spoon over the dark chocolate in several dollops.
Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the chocolates together, creating galaxy-like patterns.
Drizzle honey lightly across the top (a thin stream looks best).
Sprinkle with edible stars, gold dust, or glitter for that cosmic sparkle.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Once hardened, break into shards resembling constellations.
