Celebrate World Space Week with a recipe that’s out of this world! Inspired by the Beehive Cluster, a bright star cluster visible in the night sky, this pull-apart bread gathers individual rolls into a golden “hive” of sweetness. Each fluffy roll is brushed with luscious Fingerlakes Honey Company honey butter, giving it a glistening, star-like finish. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack while stargazing, this bread is a stellar way to honor both our love of the cosmos and the magic of bees.

🍯Ingredients
1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
3 – 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (you may need a little more because honey adds moisture)
1 tsp salt
For the honey butter:
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
🥣Directions
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, honey, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, combine yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each into a ball. Arrange in a greased 9-inch round baking pan, clustering them close together.
Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
While warm, brush generously with melted butter and honey mixture. Serve warm, pull-apart style.
