DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Shake Garlic Scape Dip Mix package to blend.

  3. Rub pork with oil, garlic, dip mix, and herbs

  4. Sear all sides in a hot skillet, then brush with honey.

  5. Roast for 18–20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F.

  6. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
