1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the Oven & Cook the Pasta- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (firm but tender). Drain and set aside.
👉 Pro Tip: Slightly undercook the pasta, as it will continue to bake in the oven.
Prepare the Steak- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked steak slices and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes to warm and season the steak.
Make the Creamy Honey Buffalo Sauce -In a large mixing bowl, whisk together: 1 cup buffalo sauce, ½ cup honey, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Pasta Bake- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, combine: Cooked pasta, Sautéed steak, Fresh spinach (if using), Buffalo honey sauce. Stir everything together until evenly coated.
Top with Cheese & Bake- Sprinkle the top with: Remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
👉 Pro Tip: For a crispy cheese topping, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy- Let the pasta bake rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan, and enjoy warm!
Customizations & Variations
