2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Fresh cilantro, chopped and/or sliced Jalapeños (optional, for garnish)
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
🥣Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.
Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings bake, in a small saucepan, combine the Honey Grape Jalapeño Jam, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and brush generously with the sweet and spicy glaze. For extra flavor, you can also drizzle a bit more over the top.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet heat!
