Honey Irish Soda Bread with Whipped Honey Butter & Honey Strawberry Jam

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk and honey. Stir until combined.
Knead lightly on a floured surface, shape into a round loaf, and place on the baking sheet.
Cut a deep cross on top and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving with honey butter and Honey Strawberry Jam or your favorite jam.
