🍯Ingredients
Fingerlakes Honey Company’s Honey (to taste)
Water
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
1 bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage (e.g., Sprite or 7 Up)
Ice cube trays
🥣Directions
Make Colorful Ice Cubes:
Fill small cups with water and add a few drops of food coloring to each. Stir each color thoroughly.
Carefully pour the colored water into ice cube trays, ensuring each section is a different color. Freeze until solid (about 4 hours or overnight).
Prepare the Drink:
In a clear drinking glass, arrange the colorful ice cubes in layers or however you'd like to create a rainbow effect.
In a small cup, dissolve Fingerlakes Honey Company’s Honey into a small amount of hot water, then pour it into your favorite lemon-lime carbonated beverage (adjust the amount of honey to your desired sweetness).
Pour the sweetened soda over the ice cubes to bring the rainbow to life.
