DIRECTIONS
Heat water to very hot. It does not need to be boiling but close.
Steep tea bags in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
Squeeze out tea bags and remove from water. Use 2 spoons so you don’t burn your fingers.
Add honey and stir to dissolve.
Add orange juice and stir gently.
Allow to cool.
Pour over plenty of ice. The ice will dilute the tea some and that is expected. We made it extra strong so we could do that.
Notes
Honey is to taste.
Fresh squeezed orange juice is best. If you use store bought, not from concentrate is best.
If you prefer decaffeinated tea or even green tea, use whatever you prefer. Green tea is usually a milder flavor so you may need to play with how long you steep or how much water you add.

I and my friends absolutely love this jalapeño honey peach jam. It has just enough kick with the jalapeños. Delicious on bread or crackers!
