📝Description:
Brussels sprouts and bacon are a classic combination, but a drizzle of Sting Honey takes them to a whole new level! Roasting brings out the natural sweetness of the Brussels sprouts while crisping the bacon, and our Sting Honey adds just the right touch of sweet heat. A splash of balsamic vinegar balances everything with a delicious tangy finish. It's an easy side dish that's impressive enough for a holiday table but simple enough for a weeknight dinner.

🍯Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4–6 slices bacon, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
🥣Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Scatter the chopped raw bacon over the Brussels sprouts.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once about halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown and the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the hot Brussels sprouts and bacon with Sting Honey and balsamic vinegar (or balsamic glaze).
Gently toss everything together while hot, making sure the sweet-and-spicy honey and balsamic coat the Brussels sprouts and bacon. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra-crispy Brussels sprouts, arrange them in a single layer with the cut sides facing down.
Prefer more heat? Add another drizzle of Sting Honey just before serving.
Using balsamic glaze will give the finished dish a slightly sweeter, richer flavor.
Our Mild, Medium, or Hot Sting Honey can be used depending on how much heat you like!
Recipe Note
The bacon provides plenty of savory richness, while Sting Honey brings the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. The balsamic adds just enough acidity to keep the dish bright and balanced.
