🍯Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (approximately 1–1½ pounds)
2 tablespoons Fingerlakes Honey Company's Chocolate Infused Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
🥣Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish or line a rimmed baking sheet.
Pat the pork tenderloin dry. Rub it with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Chocolate Infused Honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
Place the pork in the prepared dish and roast for approximately 15–20 minutes.
Brush the pork generously with the chocolate honey glaze. Return it to the oven for another 5–15 minutes, depending on its size, until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for at least 3 minutes before slicing.
Spoon any remaining cooked glaze from the baking dish over the sliced pork before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with roasted sweet potatoes and your favorite green vegetable for a complete meal.
FHC Tip: Apply the glaze toward the end of cooking to help prevent the honey from burning. Always check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
