Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 tablespoon Fingerlakes Honey Company’s Honey (adjust for sweetness)
4-5 drops green food coloring (optional for a vibrant green color)
Whipped cream for topping
Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and Fingerlakes Honey Company’s Honey.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If you'd like a brighter green color, add a few drops of green food coloring and blend again.
Pour the shake into glasses and top with whipped cream.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
