🍯Ingredients

You can use cute heart-shaped or themed popsicle molds or just plain paper cups

🥣Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add the Greek yogurt and honey jam.

  2. Gently stir just until partially combined, creating beautiful swirls of jam throughout the yogurt.

  3. Spoon or pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top to allow for expansion while freezing. (Follow your specific popsicle mold instructions if they differ.)

  4. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight, until fully set.

  5. To release, briefly run the popsicle molds under warm water, then gently remove the popsicles.

  6. Enjoy immediately, or wrap extra popsicles in wax paper and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.

Notes

  • Storage: Popsicles will keep for 1 month or more when stored in a tightly sealed, freezer safe container.

  • For creamier popsicles: Use a higher fat content yogurt. Low or no fat yogurt results in an icy popsicle.

  • Jam substitution: Strawberry jam can be substituted with your favorite Fingerlakes Honey Company flavor of honey jam.

  • Yogurt substitution: Vanilla yogurt can be substituted with other flavors to make your own popsicle flavor - try blueberry, peach, or mixed berry.

My friends and I absolutely love this jalapeño honey peach jam. It has just enough kick with the jalapeños. Delicious on bread or crackers!
