Ingredients
½ French baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
4 oz goat cheese
2 tbsp Fingerlakes Honey Company Honey Jalapeno Peach Jam (or substitute any of our Honey Jam flavors)
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Olive oil for drizzling
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes until golden.
Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with a spoonful of Honey Jalapeno Peach Jam and garnish with fresh basil.
Serve immediately.

My friends and I absolutely love this jalapeño honey peach jam. It has just enough kick with the jalapeños. Delicious on bread or crackers!
