🍯Ingredients

  • 1–2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee), cooled slightly

  • 1 cup milk (whole, oat, almond, or your favorite)

  • 1½ tablespoons Fingerlakes Honey Company Blueberry Infused Honey, divided

  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of fine sea salt

  • 1 cup ice

  • Cold foam or whipped cream (optional)

  • Fresh blueberries, for garnish (optional)

  • A small sprig of fresh mint (optional)

🥣Directions

  1. Brew the espresso or strong coffee and let it cool for a few minutes.

  2. In a small cup, stir together 1 tablespoon of Blueberry Infused Honey, the vanilla extract, and the sea salt until well combined. Stir in the warm espresso until the honey dissolves.

  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  4. Pour the honey-espresso mixture over the ice.

  5. Add the milk and stir gently.

  6. Top with cold foam or whipped cream, if desired.

  7. Finish with the remaining ½ tablespoon of Blueberry Infused Honey drizzled over the top. Garnish with fresh blueberries, a sprig of mint, and a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt if desired.

  8. Sip and enjoy!

Tips

  • Prefer It Hot?

Simply warm the milk until steaming (do not boil), froth if desired, and pour it over the warm honey-espresso mixture instead of serving over ice. Finish with a drizzle of Blueberry Infused Honey and a tiny sprinkle of flaky sea salt for a cozy café-style latte.

  • Make It Your Own

  • Use oat milk for an extra creamy latte.

  • Add a splash of blueberry juice for even more berry flavor.

  • Try it with white chocolate cold foam for a decadent treat.

  • Garnish with a lemon twist to brighten the blueberry notes.

  • Adjust the amount of honey to suit your preferred sweetness.

Why You'll Love It

Sweet blueberry flavor, smooth raw honey, rich espresso, creamy milk, and just a hint of sea salt come together in a refreshing iced latte that's worthy of your favorite coffee shop. It's the perfect pick-me-up for warm mornings, afternoon breaks, or whenever you're craving a fruity twist on your daily coffee.
