Using Fingerlakes Honey Company Peach Jam (or Jalapeno Peach Jam for those who enjoy a little kick), this dressing is packed with rich peach flavor balanced with the acidity of white wine vinegar. This dressing's smooth, creamy texture is perfect for drizzling over fresh greens, roasted vegetables, or even as a dipping sauce for grilled meats. With just a few ingredients , you'll have a versatile, homemade dressing ready to store in your fridge and use all week.

🍯Ingredients
8oz jar Fingerlakes Honey Company Peach Jam (or Jalapeno Peach Jam for a kick)
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar (or white balsamic vinegar)
Pinch of sea salt
2-3 tbsp water (added as needed to thin the dressing)
🥣Directions
Add Peach Jam, olive oil, vinegar, and salt to a blender or small food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed, to thin the dressing to your desired consistency. The amount of water will depend on the juiciness of your peaches and how thick or creamy you prefer your dressing.
Store in the refrigerator.
Notes
If you prefer a spicier dressing, use Jalapeno Peach Jam for an extra kick.
The dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
