Our Raw Spring Wildflower Honeycomb gives you a chance to enjoy honey in one of its most natural forms—just as the bees made it. During spring, our bees visit a variety of flowers blooming throughout the Finger Lakes region. They bring that nectar back to the hive, transform it into honey, fill the honeycomb, and seal each section with a thin layer of beeswax.
We carefully cut the finished honeycomb into pieces so you can enjoy both the raw honey and the edible beeswax comb in every bite. The flavor of Spring Wildflower Honey reflects the variety of blossoms available to the bees during the season, so each harvest has its own unique character. It’s a little taste of spring, made by the bees, where every bite reveals the unique comb patterns they carefully crafted.
