Creamed honey is made from 100% pure raw honey- despite the name, it contains no dairy and nothing is added.

The smooth, creamy texture is created through a natural controlled crystallization process, which forms fine, uniform crystals and prevents the larger crystals found in traditional raw honey.

Creamed honey has the same nutritional value, flavor, and aroma as liquid honey. All the naturally occurring enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and beneficial compounds remain intact. It’s simply honey in a spreadable form.

Our Spring Honey is light, floral, and beautifully mellow. Expect soft notes of clover, fruit blossoms, honeysuckle, and other early-season flowers.

Wildflower honey varies from season to season, depending on the weather, plant life, and foraging patterns of the bees. In spring, the honey is light and floral, thanks to blooming dandelions, clovers, and early fruit blossoms. In autumn, it deepens in color and flavor, infused with goldenrod, asters, and late-blooming herbs. This seasonal ebb and flow means each jar captures a moment in time—no two batches are ever quite the same.

Seasonal Details:

STORE AT COOL TEMPERATURE

DO NOT HEAT unless you want it to return to its natural liquid state.

If you ever do see the honey START to melt, simply mix the entire jar up and stick it in the fridge- that should do the trick!
