Ingredients for Salad:
4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup toasted almonds
Ingredients for Dressing:
3 tablespoons Fingerlakes Honey Company’s Honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
🥣Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the greens, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and toasted almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
