Ingredients
For the Fries
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Fingerlakes Honey Company Zinger Seasoning
For the Honey-Cinnamon Dip
2 tbsp Fingerlakes Honey Company’s Honey
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil and Zinger Seasoning until evenly coated.
Roast the Fries
Oven: Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes. Spread the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding—work in batches if needed. Air fry at 380°F for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Make the Dip
In a small bowl, mix together honey, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Serve
Serve the crispy sweet potato fries with the honey-cinnamon dip on the side.

I and my friends absolutely love this jalapeño honey peach jam. It has just enough kick with the jalapeños. Delicious on bread or crackers!
