DIRECTIONS

For Baked Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Slice potatoes thinly and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.

  • Toss the potato slices with olive oil and Zinger Seasoning in a large bowl.

  • Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

  • Cool & serve immediately!

For Fried Chips:

  • Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice potatoes thinly and pat dry thoroughly.

  • Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Drain on paper towels and immediately toss with Zinger Seasoning and salt while warm.

  • Cool slightly and enjoy!

Notes

Zinger Seasoning doesn't contain salt, so there will be no saltiness to your chips without adding some.
